ICEpower is looking for a Senior Embedded Software Developer to join the group.
We are now looking for a Senior embedded software developer to join our software team working on exciting Audio Over IP products for some of the most respected audio brands in the world. Preferably you have experience in development all the way from specification to mass production.
Join us to further build up our embedded network audio amplifiers for home installations and big concerts. We already have several products in the market, but as we continue to win new projects with customers, we wish to strengthen our team. Come help enabling our customers with the latest audio over IP solutions (Like AVB, Dante, Milan and others). These solutions also include control from external GUI’s, internal GUI’s (on webservers) and functions on the actual device.

Skills and experience
- MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with several years of experience
- Proven expertise in embedded development using C++ and C.
- Experience with ARM Cortex-M
- Experience with HW interfaces/configuration (clocks, TDM, I2C, UART, SDRAM, eMMC, etc.)
- Experience with hardware-software integration and debugging using tools like JTAG.
- Experience with Embedded RTOS (like FreeRTOS, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps practices.
- Cooperative mindset and enjoy being part of dynamic project teams
- Fluent in English – spoken and written
- Interest in the music industry/audio products is a big bonus
The position includes the following work:
- Take ownership of coding and architecture responsibilities, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
- Generate robust software with an emphasis on good testability and reliability.
- Ensure optimal reuse of architecture components, drivers, hardware abstraction layers (HAL), operating systems, and testing frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to best practices.
