About the Position
We are seeking an energetic Sales Coordinator to strengthen our B2B customer service and order management. Working closely with another sales coordinator, you will be the primary contact for customer inquiries and ensure efficient order handling – from order receipt to delivery and invoicing.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring a good customer experience throughout the sales process and act as the central link between customers and your colleagues in departments such as purchasing, the warehouse in Thailand, and our regional sales representatives.
Therefore, you will have broad contact both internally within the organization and externally.
Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer data and prices in our ERP system, as well as coordinating project-related shipments.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to build good relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A structured approach, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in customer service and B2B sales is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems like NAV or Business Central, as well as Excel, is a plus, but we offer thorough training.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
