About the Position
We are seeking an energetic Sales Coordinator to enhance our B2B customer service and order management. You will be the primary contact for customer inquiries and ensure efficient order processing – from order receipt to delivery and invoicing.
You will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process and act as the central link between customers and your colleagues in departments such as purchasing, our warehouse in Thailand, and regional sales representatives.
Therefore, you will have broad contact both internally within the organization and externally.
Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining customer data in our ERP system, as well as coordinating project-related shipments.

To succeed in this role, you should also have the following qualifications:
– Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build good relationships with customers and colleagues.
– A structured approach and comfort handling a variety of tasks.
– Experience in customer service, order management, and B2B sales.
– Experience with ERP systems such as NAV or Business Central, as well as Excel, is a plus, but we offer thorough training.
– It is a requirement that you are fluent in both Danish and English – in writing and speech.

Vi søger en energisk Salgskoordinator til at styrke vores B2B kundeservice og ordrehåndtering. Du vil være den primære kontakt for kundehenvendelser og sørge for en effektiv ordrehåndtering – lige fra ordremodtagelse til levering og fakturering.
Du får en vigtig rolle i at sikre en god kundeoplevelse igennem hele salgsprocessen og vil være det centrale bindeled mellem kunderne og dine kolleger i bl.a. indkøbsafdelingen, vores lager i Thailand og de regionale sælgere.
Du vil derfor have en bred kontakt internt i organisationen såvel som eksternt.
Derudover vil du være ansvarlig for at oprette og vedligeholde kundedata i vores ERP-system, samt at koordinere projektrelaterede forsendelser.
