Here at ICEpower, we engineer the world’s best audio amplifiers at a competitive cost. The products are developed by our R&D department in Søborg and manufactured at EMS partners in Thailand. Typically, the projects are made for a specific customer where you, as the project manager, will have primary contact. All this is possible by having one of the world’s largest power houses of audio amplification and power supplies including the best engineers within the fields of Analogue Hardware, Digital Hardware, Embedded Software and Mechanics.
Your main responsibility will be project management of 1-3 projects depending on size and complexity.
You will be anchored in ICEpower’s PMO office, which means that you will contribute to bringing the R&D organization to the next level within project excellence by assisting to develop lean processes, methods, and various tools for use in the daily work.

The Role:
• Responsible for project management of 1-3 projects
• Responsible for Product Quality, Unit cost, Time schedule and Development cost
• Daily management of project team of Analogue hardware-, Digital hardware-, Embedded software- and Mechanical engineers
• Manage Customer relations for the projects
• Report to ICEpower Management on a 6-8 weekly basis
• Stakeholder management of Customers, Internal stakeholders, and Asian manufacturing partners.
• Close collaboration with R&D, Operations, Marketing and Finance
• PMO department work tasks to bring ICEpower to the next level in terms of project excellence
• As an employee in the PMO department we will build a training- and education plan together that reflects your needs and desires to the highest degree possible.
The Qualifications:
• 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience
• Engineering degree or similar
• Experience from working with integrated product development containing both hardware and software is a plus
• Preferably project management experience from larger-, cross-functional- and international projects
• Natural leader that can spearhead fast paced and intense projects, call needed decisions and provide clear communication
• Finds it natural to motivate and spread energy to the project team
• Team spirit ambassador creating a work climate characterized by fun, trust, respect, openness and a good atmosphere
• Possess a project manager toolbox with a variety of project management methodologies and supporting tools
• Used to working with classical stage/gate methods as well as agile processes during integrated product development
• Preferably a deeper technical skillset to engage in more detailed discussions with engineers
• Fluent in English
