About the Position
We are looking for an NPI (New Product Introduction) Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the seamless transition of new products from design to manufacturing, ensuring we continuously push the boundaries of what is possible. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating with stakeholders across regions, and supporting the delivery of cutting-edge audio solutions to the world’s most prestigious audio brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage NPI projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Operations, R&D, and Management).
- Act as the bridge between customers in the USA, Europe, and Asia, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with our manufacturing partners, including PCB assembly and test concepts.
- Ensure high-quality project execution from initial planning to production ramp-up.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and product quality.
- Travel to meet with customers and suppliers as needed, primarily in Asia.
- Maintain a focus on pushing boundaries and delivering innovative solutions.

- Experience in electronics, manufacturing, or managing NPI projects.

- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or testing concepts is a plus.
- A cooperative mindset and enthusiasm for working in dynamic project teams.
- Interest in the music or audio industry is a big bonus.
- Familiarity with analog and/or digital hardware and software is a bonus but not required.
